Information We Collect

GoldIRAPath.com is an informational website. We do not require account creation or collect personal information through forms. We do store limited first-party affiliate click events when a visitor follows our Augusta Precious Metals affiliate link.

We may collect the following information automatically:

  • Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site. This includes pages visited, time on page, referral source, device type, and approximate geographic location. GA4 data is anonymized and aggregated.
  • Cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .
  • Affiliate Link Clicks: We record the source page, allowlisted campaign or advertising-click parameters, the destination, event time, and approximate country and Cloudflare routing metadata. We may also store pseudonymous salted hashes derived from the IP address and user-agent string. We do not retain raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in these click records.

Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's configured setting. Our operational retention target for first-party affiliate click events is 180 days. Deletion is not yet automated, so a click record may remain longer until a manual purge is completed. This implementation does not receive customer identity or partner lead data.

Children's Privacy

GoldIRAPath.com is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
